Poyner Place is the 50-acre first phase of an 85 acre mixed-use development adjacent to Triangle Town Center Mall in Northeast Raleigh. This unique project was one of the first in the Triangle area to include an Anchor Tenant (Super Target) and Junior Anchors along with a ‘Main Street Retail’ component. The Super Target is 174,000 SF while the adjacent Junior Anchors total 140,000 SF.
