From the first renovation in the early 1980’s through the master plan for the present repositioning of the mall, Jimmy Smith has worked with 4 different owners, each with different visions for redeveloping North Hills Mall. The initial renovation in the early 80's was completed for North Hills, Inc, a subsidiary of the KLM Pension Fund.
