JS Architecture PLLC

JS Architecture PLLC focuses on the planning and design of mixed-use and retail projects in the Southeastern U.S.   Since 2000, JS Architecture PLLC has planned over 14,000,000 SF (1,302,000 SM) of mixed-use and retail projects. These projects have ranged in size from a 60,000 SF (5,580 SM) grocery-anchored retail center to a 1,900,000 SF (176,000 SM) vertically integrated mixed-use development.

JS Architecture's international practice includes various mixed-use projects in China. Over the past two years we have planned and designed projects totaling approximately 4,300,000 SF (400,000 SM), in Jiangsu Province. Additionally, we are in discussions with clients regarding projects totaling over 7,525,000 SF (700,000 SM).
